Only One of 15 Dudley Property Deeds Shows a Sale Price in September
Dudley recorded 15 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only one, sold Sept. 8 for $31,977, carried a sale price in registry data available for this report. That transaction, at 84 Mason Road, involved seller John W. Gillis and buyers Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC. Prices for the other 14 recorded deeds had not yet posted to the registry, which is typical within about a week of recording. At least 10 of the 15 transfers involved banks, mortgage servicers or loan companies as a party, and two pairs of transfers, on Schofield Avenue and within families on Wysocki Drive and Sunset Drive, shared addresses or surnames. With price data this limited, the month's overall market direction cannot be assessed.
