Dudley records eight property transfers in late summer, but only one reveals a price
Dudley recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $80,000 for 12 Marsh Rd., sold by Brad Cooper to Digital Federal Credit Union. The other seven transactions, including a Carroll Drive property sold by the Town of Dudley to a corporate buyer and a Southbridge Road property transferred between two mortgage companies, carried no disclosed consideration amount.
