Dudley Sees 12 Recorded Property Deeds, but Sale Prices Still Trickling In

Twelve property deeds were recorded in Dudley between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only one so far: a $239,717 transaction recorded Aug. 25, which stands as both the period's low and high price on record. Eleven of the 12 deeds show no price yet, a common lag as figures reach the registry, typically within about a week. Several of this period's deeds involve Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, pointing to mortgage-related filings alongside standard sales. With so little pricing data available, the overall tone of Dudley's housing market cannot yet be assessed from this data.
