DUDLEY — The Dudley Conservation Commission approved certificates of compliance for two properties and lifted an enforcement order on a third at its October 28 meeting. The commission issued a certificate of compliance for 24 Tanyard Road, DEP number 1460507, after a recommendation that work was "completed in compliance with the order previously granted by the commission." It also approved a certificate for 198-200 Southbridge Road, DEP 146-367, confirming an order issued in 2000 had lapsed because the authorized work "was never undertaken." The commission lifted and released a previously issued enforcement order for a property at 0 West Main Street tied to Matthew Gorski, at the request of his consultant. A Notice of Intent hearing for Eagle Drive was continued to November 18, 2026, after a "mix-up with the legal notice in the newspaper."
