Dudley Conservation Commission Refers Repeat Wetlands Violator to State DEP

DUDLEY -- May 13, 2026, Dudley Conservation Commission clears backlog of wetlands permits and escalates a repeat violation to state regulators at May 13 meeting. The commission voted unanimously to issue a standard order of conditions to the Town of Dudley for the long-pending Tobin Farms Betterment Project, attaching seven special stormwater conditions drafted by commission consultant Matt Morrow, though one member abstained; it also approved a standard order for a retaining wall replacement at 65 Flaxfield Road for property owner Daniel Elkin.
