Dudley Conservation Commission Approves RDA and Closes Soil Boring Permit File

DUDLEY — July 15, 2026 — Dudley Conservation Commission clears two wetlands items in a brief July 15 session. The commission voted unanimously to issue a positive determination under category 2A on a request for determination of applicability, confirming that wetland resource area boundaries shown on a submitted reference plan are accurately delineated — a finding that will anchor future permitting on the affected parcel. The panel then unanimously approved a certificate of compliance for DEP file number 1460800, formally closing the regulatory record for a soil boring project conducted by DCS Group under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act. Meeting minutes were not taken up and were carried to the next session before the commission adjourned.
