Dudley Sales Data Thin in July as Most Deeds Omit Price
Eight property deeds were recorded in Dudley between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one disclosed a sale price: $40,000 for 18 Ziemba Rd, sold by William Yovan III to Shrewsbury Federal Credit Union. Two other transactions listed a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, at 23 Brandon Rd and 60 Klondike Rd, without disclosed prices. Oxford Avenue saw two deed transfers on the same day involving Oxford Avenue Condominium Trust and Donaghy Developments Inc. With pricing disclosed for just one of eight sales, the available data does not support conclusions about market tone, price range, or median value this period.
