Dudley records eight property transfers in past month, only one sale price disclosed
Eight properties changed hands in Dudley between July 24 and August 22, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $407,400 for a property sold by Pamela and Lester Matthew Boggio to CMG Mortgage Inc. on July 29. The other seven transfers, spread across Greenwood Avenue, Dudley Oxford Road, Paula Lane, Tanyard Road, Jesse Road, Lakeview Avenue, and Williams Street, did not include consideration amounts in the deed record, which is common for bank-involved and trust transfers. Several sellers were financial institutions, including two credit unions and a savings bank.
