Dudley Records 16 Deed Transfers, but Nearly All Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 16 property transfers recorded in Dudley from July 17 to Aug. 15. Only two of those transactions disclosed a sale price: $109,000 and $155,000, producing a median of $132,000 among the price-disclosed sales. The month's highest disclosed sale was 20 Piasta Road at $155,000, sold by Bertram O. Davis Jr. and Wendy J. Davis. Ten of the 16 records listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity such as MERS as a party, and three transactions clustered around a Country Club Boulevard/Lane condominium complex. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited insight into overall market value this period.
