Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 16 property transfers recorded in Dudley from July 17 to Aug. 15. Only two of those transactions had a sale price recorded: $109,000 and $155,000, producing a median of $132,000 among the price-recorded sales. The month's highest recorded sale was 20 Piasta Road at $155,000, sold by Bertram O. Davis Jr. and Wendy J. Davis. Ten of the 16 records listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity such as MERS as a party, and three transactions clustered around a Country Club Boulevard/Lane condominium complex. With most prices not yet recorded, the data offers limited insight into overall market value this period.
