The period's top sale was 6 West St. at $600,000. Prices for the other 11 transactions were not yet available in registry data as of this report. Six of the 15 deeds involved a bank, mortgage servicer, or credit union as a party, and three involved a trust as seller, including two condominium-unit transfers on Oxford Avenue and Wysocki Drive.
